Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. You may update your contact and delivery information through your customer account.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. However, if the order is already in production or processing, cancellation may not be possible. All cancellations must be confirmed by our team.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition.
For eligible items (non-made-to-order products):
- Within 14 days of delivery: a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 20% administration fee (inspection, handling, and repackaging).
- Between 15 and 30 days after delivery: a store credit will be issued, minus a 20% administration fee.
- After 30 days: returns are not accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet our return conditions will be refused.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All made-to-order products (including items with a production or delivery timeline of up to 60 days)
- Any product customized or modified to your specifications
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging and properly secured.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Return address: Use only the return address provided by our team. Unauthorized return locations will result in refusal.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement where applicable.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Shipping and delivery fees (including free shipping offers)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Orders refused at delivery or not collected
- Customs fees or duties incurred during delivery or return
REFUND PROCESSING
- Processing time: Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of the returned item
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed
