Integra series: a door built for precision
The Integra series is the culmination of our engineering know-how.
With 13/4-inch solid-core doors, it delivers superior sturdiness and sound insulation, well suited to commercial, residential, or institutional spaces.
The Integra frame, delivered preassembled, enables an installation process that is 50% faster than for a traditional frame. The lightweight structure and precise finish simplify installation and fitting, even on high-volume projects.
Materials and composition
Our Integra and Pocket doors are built from solid-core MDF wood, offering high structural strength and optimal durability.
They are intended for interior use only, and are well suited to main rooms as well as storage areas or passageways.
Each door is built on our exclusive aluminum extrusions, combining low weight, stability, and acoustic performance.
FENIX laminate
The solid colours in the FENIX collection provide a contemporary look and a durable finish. The soft-touch, fingerprint-resistant, easy-care surface makes them a preferred choice for architects and designers.

Construction
How is a DÖRR interior door built?
Choosing interior door materials goes beyond the finish you see. A door's performance depends first and foremost on its core and its thickness. Intégra and Pocket doors feature a solid MDF core and integrate with the DÖRR aluminum extrusion system, which forms the frame around the opening.
What difference does a solid MDF core make?
Unlike hollow-core doors, solid-core interior doors have a dense core rather than a hollow or honeycomb interior. For your project, a solid core MDF interior door means:
A denser, more rigid door that stands up better to everyday bumps and knocks.
Better sound reduction between rooms.
The dimensional stability of a uniform material that isn't subject to the natural movement of solid wood.
Why are Intégra doors 1 3/4 inches thick?
The Intégra Series is 1 3/4 in. thick, while standard residential interior doors in North America are typically 1 3/8 in. That extra material gives the hinges a sturdier hold and pairs seamlessly with the Intégra interior door frame. Dimensions, door swing, and accessories should still be confirmed using the technical drawings.
